Our opportunity is not to advertise that we "also have scheduling," but to make "manual adjustment efficiency" and "explainability of automatic scheduling" significantly better.
It is recommended to form quantifiable metrics:
- Reduce university-wide scheduling from 20 working days to 5 working days;
- Reduce average adjustment operation time from 10 minutes to 1 minute;
- Zero hard conflicts at submission time;
- The automatic scheduling results can explain the specific reason for each unscheduled course section;
- Can generate 3 alternative plans and compare classroom utilization, teacher satisfaction, and cross-campus frequency.
If these metrics are validated by real universities, they will become a powerful competitive point.
